I had this phone for no more than 3 months when the voice piece went dead and I had to ship it in to the Samsung repair station via UPS to get it fixed. Which, took them an additional 2 months. I don't know if that's normal, but I was very unhappy. It's a great phone, very stylish and user friendly. However, I've discovered it to be way too temperamental for my liking.
