My Review of the SLM
|
| submitted by callmeladyluck at date 2008-06-20 02:04:09 |
I had this phone for no more than 3 months when the voice piece went dead and I had to ship it in to the Samsung repair station via UPS to get it fixed. Which, took them an additional 2 months. I don't know if that's normal, but I was very unhappy. It's a great phone, very stylish and user friendly. However, I've discovered it to be way too temperamental for my liking....

Great Phone
|
| submitted by sk8rboy1091 at date 2008-06-10 23:39:45 |
This is the first phone I've ever had and I must say that I love it. I would much rather of gotten an iPhone but this was one my grandma got me as a surprise. Anyways, I would recommend this phone, the camera isn't the best in the world, but then again, when is a phone's camera really all that great. That's not to say this isn't a good phone. Buy it. Buy it now. BUY IT!!!...

Samsung T629 review by mobiledia.com
|
| submitted by cellsea at date 2006-12-19 11:53:13 |
On the heels of Samsung's recent efforts to trim its handhelds, T-Mobile sliders have continued to decrease in thickness while makes strides in functionality. Offering the latest in ultra-thin slider handsets, Samsung loaded the thin, but still meaty, SGH-T629 with comparably high-level technology options, including Bluetooth, camera with zoom and expandable external memory....

Samsung A870 review by phonearena
|
| submitted by cellsea at date 2006-09-26 20:29:55 |
Samsung A870 is a phone that will reverberate the phrase "you get what you pay for"??or perhaps it should be "you get what you don?? pay for". The phone would have had a lot going for it, if it wasn't for the fact that corners were cut to make it a budget-priced phone....

Samsung SGH-T519 Trace review by infosynworld
|
| submitted by cellsea at date 2006-09-26 20:11:25 |
Samsung has certainly succeeded at designing an ultra-slim phone packed with modern features, but the Trace stumbles when it comes to the basics. Fashion-conscious chatters interested in the slimmest of phones may forgive the so-so call quality, but the slippery buttons and poor use of screen real estate will deter IM addicts. And while Bluetooth, a microSD slot, and a 1.3-megapixel camera are all impressive features for a phone this slim and light, we can't help but be disappointed by the mediocre calling quality and lack of voice dialing....

Samsung D807 review by howardchui.com

| submitted by cellsea at date 2006-09-09 06:56:47 |
The D807 is a very, very nice looking phone. From the matte black finish that doesn?? attract fingerprints like crazy to the chrome side rail accents and earpiece and centre button finish the D807 is all about style and class. It?? one of those phones that easily fits the jeans OR suit pocket and looks at home in either. ...

Samsung A990 review by mobiletechreview.com

The first 3.2 megapixel camera phone with an autofocus lens offered by a US carrier. The a990 not only takes excellent photos, but it has strong voice features as well. It's offered by Verizon and it has EVDO, Bluetooth, a music player and a QVGA display. The phone is small and quite attractive without being flashy. ...

Samsung SCH-A870 Review by mobiledia.com
|
| submitted by cellsea at date 2006-09-06 08:27:43 |
Conclusion of review:The A870 does not offer the most cutting-edge features available on the market today, but accordingly it does not offer the high price associated with more advanced phones. Its cdma2000 1xRTT connectivity and VGA camera are a touch behind the up-and-coming EV-DO and 2.0-megapixel varieties, but both get the job done well enough, especially for users who do not rely on their mobile devices for internet or print-quality photos. ...
