Hewlett-Packard on Monday introduced a new VOIP-enabled smartphone, the iPAQ 500, with support for Windows Mobile 6. The device will be available this spring, directly from HP and select authorized dealers, which have not been disclosed. International pricing and availability for the HP iPAQ 500 series will vary, HP said.
