One of our trusty ninjas just hit us up with the above photo of Samsung’s Bigfoot Android device slated to hit T-Mobile USA this summer. We’ve been told it will rock a 3 megapixel camera, be a UMTS/HSDPA device, and sport a 3.0″ capacitive AMOLED touch screen display....

T-Mobile USA is getting ready to roll out its second Google phone, according to T-Mobile’s CTO Cole Brodman, who confirmed the timing in an interview with mocoNews. He said the follow-up device to the T-Mobile G1 will be out in early summer and details of the release would come later this month....

T-Mobile USA is looking to introduce Android-based devices from three different manufacturers, Cole Brodman, chief technology officer of the company, said in a conversation with me earlier today. Android is a mobile OS developed by Mountain View, Calif.-based technology giant, Google. “We are looking to launch multiple Android-based devices in the second half of this year with three partners,” he said. Brodman expects Android to find its way down into feature phones on the low end. T-Mobile has sold over a million G-1 Google Phones thus far, and most of the devices are turning out to be bandwidth hogs on par with Apple’s super successful iPhone....

The BlackBerry Pearl 8220 runs neck-and-neck with the Storm for the title of "most leaked RIM device of 2008," but for what it's worth, T-Mobile is just now getting around to announcing a date and price for the most fliptastic phone in Waterloo's ever-expanding lineup. That's good news -- but perhaps the best news is that the launch date just happens to be today (for one of the two available colors, anyhow). The black version of the 8220 will be appearing online and in T-Mobile stores today, while the dark red will be following on a week later on Monday, October 20. Both will run $149.99 on a two-year contract....
